As a Portfolio Administrator – Capital Finance, you’ll play a key role in the equipment finance function, ensuring the health of our financed capital and usage-based agreements, driving revenue accuracy, mitigating risks, and supporting cross-functional teams to optimize portfolio performance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Administer and maintain a portfolio of financed capital and usage-based agreements, tracking customer utilization, performance metrics, and contractual compliance against agreed thresholds.
- Monitor contract milestones, expirations, renewals, amendments, and ensure data integrity across CRM, contract management, and financial systems.
- Analyze usage data to evaluate portfolio performance, identify under-utilization risks, revenue realization variances, and prepare regular performance reports, dashboards, and customer-facing reporting (including automation where possible).
- Support forecasting, scenario analysis, billing accuracy, revenue recognition, and audit readiness in partnership with Finance.
- Flag at-risk accounts for non-compliance, underperformance, or financial exposure, and assist in remediation, contract enforcement, restructuring, or escalation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Contracts, Legal, and external teams to resolve discrepancies, interpret terms, validate asset status, and support internal reviews on asset productivity and return on invested capital.
- Contribute to process improvements by refining portfolio tracking tools, controls, workflows, and ensuring adherence to internal policies, SOX controls, and regulatory requirements.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 2–5 years of experience in portfolio administration, finance operations, contract management, commercial operations, or similar roles.
- Experience working with financed assets, leasing, capital equipment, or usage-based agreements (preferred in medical device, healthcare, or equipment finance contexts).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret utilization and performance data from large datasets.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and financial/ERP systems.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational and time-management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Clear written and verbal communication, problem-solving mindset, and comfort identifying/ mitigating risks.
- Up to 10% travel may be required.

Compensation:
Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, with additional factors like qualifications, location, and performance taken into account. The typical pay range for this position is $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 annually, with potential for bonuses and incentives plus benefits. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, skillset, and market conditions.
