About the role

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to lead the design vision and execution for the Vcheck platform. In this role, you'll be both a strategic design leader and hands-on practitioner—setting design standards and best practices while also creating high-quality UI/UX designs that solve complex problems for our enterprise clients. You'll partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to shape product strategy, while diving deep into the details of execution. You'll work closely with product management and engineering to design intuitive experiences across our client portal, continuous monitoring, and ID verification products. The ideal candidate is comfortable presenting to executives, influencing product decisions at the leadership level, and translating business objectives into elegant design solutions.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the design vision and strategy for the Vcheck platform, establishing design principles and standards that scale across products
• Partner with executive leadership and senior management to align design strategy with business objectives and product roadmap
• Own the end-to-end design process from user research and discovery to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI designs in Figma that bring product concepts to life
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and validate solutions
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define features, prioritize design work, and ensure seamless implementation
• Refine and evolve our existing design system, creating reusable components and patterns that drive consistency and efficiency
• Present design work, strategy, and insights to executive stakeholders, building consensus and driving design-led decision making
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand user needs, pain points, and translate them into elegant design solutions

About you

Key requirements:

We're looking for someone who is passionate about joining a diverse team and is driven to achieve results through ownership, process optimization, and upstanding character. If this describes you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet every requirement listed.

• 3-5 years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS or enterprise product work
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven ability to work with senior leadership and communicate design strategy at an executive level
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
• Strong foundation in UI/UX design principles, interaction design, and information architecture
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design decisions
• Demonstrated ability to influence product decisions and build consensus across cross-functional teams
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills with ability to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical audiences
• Detail-oriented with a strong eye for visual design, typography, and creating polished, pixel-perfect interfaces
• Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Nice to have: experience with prototyping tools, basic HTML/CSS knowledge, design system development, or designing for complex workflows
