are 283 VeeFriends, all of whom Gary imagined, created, and drew himself. Each character
represents traits and qualities Gary admires and hopes to inspire in others.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to focus on the acquisition and management of collectibles that will be released on a monthly basis, including comics, trading cards, pins, coins, and other memorabilia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the collectibles industry and a deep understanding of supply chain management for fast-moving, limited-edition products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Sourcing & Management: Identify and establish relationships with vendors and manufacturers specializing in collectible products. Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules.
• Inventory Management: Oversee the procurement and inventory of collectible products, ensuring adequate supply levels while minimizing overstock or shortages.
• Release Planning: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to plan and coordinate the monthly release schedule for various collectible items.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet the required quality standards and are compliant with relevant regulations.
• Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including cost tracking, vendor performance, and inventory levels.
• Market Research: Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and new collectible products to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably within the collectibles or entertainment industries.
• Strong negotiation skills and vendor relationship management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple product lines and ensure timely delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with inventory management systems and software.
• Passion for collectibles and an understanding of market trends.

The pay range for this role is:

$80,000 - $105,000 USD per year (VeeFriends LIC Office)
