VeeFriends is a contemporary entertainment company that combines art, storytelling,

Comprised of characters hand-drawn initially and brought to life by Gary Vaynerchuk, there
are 283 VeeFriends, all of whom Gary imagined, created, and drew himself. Each character
represents traits and qualities Gary admires and hopes to inspire in others.

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a talented and highly collaborative Product Designer with a strong
background in physical product and packaging design to join our fast-paced and growing
team. You’ll bring to life the design and look-and-feel of new VeeFriends products—ranging
from trading cards and collectibles to toys, plush, and packaging—working closely with
cross-functional teams and external vendors to develop high-impact, limited-run products
that resonate with fans and collectors.

Responsibilities:
● Design physical products and packaging across a variety of categories, including
collectibles, trading cards, toys, apparel accessories, and more
● Develop concepts and visual mockups that align with brand, character, and story
● Work cross-functionally with creative and marketing teams to ensure cohesive
execution
● Collaborate with vendors, licensors, and manufacturers to translate designs into
production-ready formats
● Maintain and evolve the VeeFriends visual identity across physical products
Manage timelines and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, from ideation to
prototyping to final delivery
● Stay on top of trends in collectibles, fandom, toy design, and pop culture to inform
product development

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
● 5+ years of experience in product and packaging design, preferably in collectibles,
toys, or trading cards
● Strong portfolio demonstrating physical product and packaging design across
categories
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong project
management skills and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
and meet deadlines.
● Experience working with manufacturers and production teams to deliver final
products
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and 3D/mockup
tools (e.g., Keyshot, Blender, or equivalent)
● Excellent conceptual and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate ideas
into visually compelling designs.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
● Strong understanding of material selection, dielines, and production techniques
● Bonus: Experience with limited-edition, serialized, or community-focused product
lines
