YOUR ROLE AND IMPACT

We are looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative People Operations Manager to support our global team. This role will report to the VP of Finance and will be instrumental in executing day-to-day operations while contributing to initiatives that strengthen our culture and employee experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to develop their HR career in a fast-paced start-up environment with exposure to multiple facets of People Operations. This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days per week in our New York office required.


What You Will Do:

HR Administration & Operations

  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, including maintaining accurate records in our HRIS (Rippling)
  • Generate and present HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decisions
  • Oversee employee relations cases and investigations
  • Administer benefits processes including enrollments, changes, terminations, and support annual open enrollment with our benefits broker

Talent Acquisition

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and provide an excellent candidate experience
  • Manage relationships with recruiting agencies, including candidate submissions and interview coordination
  • Support new hire onboarding coordination and preparation

Culture & Engagement

  • Own the company calendar and develop strategy around both in-person and remote employee engagement
  • Own and coordinate company events, recognition programs, and culture-building initiatives
  • Own and administrate pulse surveys; compile and present results
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding to ensure a positive employee experience

What You Will Bring:

  • 3-8+ years of experience in HR or People Operations
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business, or related field preferred
  • Self-starter mindset with ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop rapport with a variety of people, including candidates, team members, and leadership
  • Ability to learn quickly and take ownership of new systems, processes, and skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The pay range for this role is:

120,000 - 145,000 USD per year (Hybrid (New York, New York, US))
