Your Role and Impact

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our Marketing function and leadership team. 

In this role, you’ll help manage calendars, streamline communications, coordinate marketing activities, and keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll partner closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, making sure details don’t slip through the cracks and priorities move forward efficiently. We'll count on you to...

  • Manage calendars and meetings for leadership team.
    Monitor and manage inbound communications — LinkedIn, email, and general inquiries — drafting responses, flagging priorities, and maintaining timely follow-ups.
  • Support marketing initiatives, coordinating campaigns, tracking deliverables, and following up with prospects or customers after demos.
  • Assist with marketing campaign logistics, customer communications, and content scheduling.
  • Help follow up with customers and partners after demos or events to collect feedback and coordinate next steps.
  • Assist with scheduling and logistics for internal and external events.
  • Identify process improvements and support operational efficiency across the team.

What You Will Bring:

  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative, marketing, or support roles (startup or SaaS experience is a plus).
  • Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Clear, polished communicator in both written and verbal
  • Tech-savvy, with experience in tools like Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, and project management systems.
  • Professional, reliable, and comfortable handling sensitive or confidential information.
  • Able to balance multiple priorities with calm focus and flexibility.
  • Collaborative by nature  you like to make others’ jobs easier and more efficient.
