Your Role and Impact
We’re looking for a Senior Partnerships Marketing Manager to own the strategy and execution of co-marketing initiatives with Venn’s ecosystem of partners. This role will be critical in scaling how we engage, activate, and generate demand through technology partners, channel partners, and strategic alliances. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships leadership to design and execute campaigns that drive awareness, pipeline, and joint customer success. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on marketer and equally comfortable developing GTM strategies with partners and executing campaigns, events, and programs that deliver measurable results.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and own joint and independent GTM campaigns with technology partners, with a focus on highlighting integrations and shared value propositions.
- Conduct deep partner research (business model, GTM strategy, client base) and translate insights into tailored engagement plans that drive joint pipeline
- Serve as the voice of the partner internally, working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Legal to ensure partner needs and opportunities are surfaced and addressed.
- Execute co-marketing campaigns (webinars, events, joint content) with integration and industry partners to drive qualified pipeline from their customer bases and audiences
- Identify and activate brand-building opportunities with industry associations, publications, and influencers to expand Venn’s market presence
- Plan and manage partner-driven events including webinar series, conference co-sponsorships, and exclusive customer roundtables
- Create joint marketing materials (case studies, solution briefs, reports) that showcase integrated value propositions with key partners
- Track and optimize partnership performance using attribution models to demonstrate ROI and identify highest-performing opportunities
- Work with Product Marketing to enable partners with marketing playbooks, campaign kits, and sales enablement content to make Venn easy to position and sell within their ecosystem.
- Build scalable processes and templates that enable successful campaigns to be replicated across our entire partner ecosystem
What You Will Bring:
- 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS/tech marketing, with a focus on partnerships, alliances, or channel marketing
- Proven track record building and executing co - marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue
- Strong understanding of SaaS partner ecosystems and GTM motions
- Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple partners at once
- Strong presentation skills
- Creative thinker with an eye for brand building and memorable experiences
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills and able to work with cross functional team such as Sales, Product and Customer Success
