Content Marketing Coordinator

About Venn

Venn is revolutionizing how businesses enable BYOD workforces, removing the burden of buying and securing laptops or dealing with virtual desktops. Our patented technology provides companies with a new approach to securing remote employees and contractors working on unmanaged computers. With Venn’s Blue Border™ software, work lives in a company-controlled Secure Enclave installed on the user’s computer, enabling IT teams to secure company data while ensuring end-user privacy. Over 700 organizations, including Fidelity, Guardian, and Voya, trust Venn to meet FINRA, SEC, NAIC, and SOC 2 standards.

Your Role and Impact

As our Content Marketing Coordinator, you’ll focus on bringing Venn’s customer stories to life. You’ll be part of the Marketing team, partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to highlight the use cases and stories behind how our customers use Venn. This will include researching sales calls, interviewing customers for case studies, creating print and digital customer enablement content, and developing advocacy programs that drive reviews in platforms like G2, SourceForge and Gartner Peer Insights.

This is an ideal role for someone who loves connecting with people, telling stories, and turning feedback into meaningful marketing moments. You’ll help us deepen customer relationships, drive adoption, and build a sense of pride among the companies and users who rely on Venn every day.

What you’ll do

  • Support the execution of customer marketing campaigns that drive retention, engagement, and advocacy.
  • Help identify and showcase customer success stories through case studies, testimonials, and video interviews.
  • Coordinate logistics for customer spotlights, events, webinars, and appreciation campaigns.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales to manage our reference and advocacy program.
  • Draft customer communications from newsletters to feature announcements that make every touchpoint feel personal and valuable.
  • Track engagement metrics and report on campaign performance.
  • Keep our advocacy and content library organized, accurate, and easy to access across teams.

What You Will Bring:

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, customer success, or communications (ideally in B2B SaaS).
  • You’re an exceptional communicator with strong writing skills.
  • You’re highly organized and can manage multiple projects and timelines at once.
  • You’re curious about people and love finding creative ways to tell their stories.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and initiative are key.
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or advocacy platforms (e.g., Gong) is a plus.
