Sr. Product Manager

Title: Sr. Product Manager

Reports To: Head of Product

Location: Remote (US Only)

About Us

We've built the system of record for the $200+ billion insurance brokerage and agency market - an industry that forms the backbone of our modern economy. We serve a solid roster of customers including industry leaders like USAA and many others. WR Berkley, a Fortune 500 insurance holding company, led our Series B and provides invaluable strategic partnership as we reshape the insurance technology landscape.

About the Role

We’re reinventing the insurance industry with modern tech—smarter operations, stronger customer engagement, and real growth. Fast pace, big impact, and the tools you actually want to use. We’re looking for an execution-focused Sr. Product Manager to help scale our platform and deliver impactful, user-centered solutions.

In this high-ownership role, you’ll partner with our Head of Product to execute and refine the product roadmap, lead large-scale initiatives and drive alignment across engineering, customer success, and operations. You'll bring clarity and momentum to complex problems, translating vision into structured, practical execution.

We’re seeking someone with strong product intuition, excellent judgment, and a bias for action—someone energized by dynamic environments and ready to help reshape the future of insurtech.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Product Execution: Own end-to-end delivery of key product initiatives—from shaping early requirements to launch and iteration. You'll lead the day-to-day execution cycle, ensuring work is scoped appropriately, prioritized effectively, and delivered with a high standard of quality. You’ll bring clarity to complex initiatives, anticipate blockers, and maintain momentum in dynamic environments.
  • Refine and Manage the Roadmap: Collaborate closely with the Head of Product to evolve a customer-centric product roadmap. You’ll continuously balance strategic priorities, technical constraints, and real-world feedback to keep the roadmap relevant and actionable.
  • Lead Collaboration: Work at the intersection of engineering, customer success, operations, and leadership to ensure that everyone is aligned on product goals, timelines, and key deliverables. You’ll own the coordination and communication required to move product efforts forward efficiently and transparently across teams.
  • Translate Insights into Action: Engage deeply with customers and internal stakeholders to uncover insights and validate assumptions. You’ll translate feedback into clear problem definitions, feature requirements, and product flows that support both user value and operational efficiency.
  • Measure What Matters: Define success metrics for product features and initiatives, monitor performance post-launch, and use data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. You’ll champion a learning mindset—using metrics to iterate quickly, guide trade-offs, and improve decision-making at every stage of the product lifecycle.

What You’ll Need

  • 3–5 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex software products in collaborative, fast-moving environments.
  • Experience working on large-scale product initiatives, such as platform rebuilds, system migrations, or foundational infrastructure changes.
  • Strong product intuition and an ability to balance user needs and technical constraints.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to create clarity from ambiguity and align cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable with product analytics and using data to inform prioritization, validate assumptions, and measure outcomes.
  • Bonus Points if you have:
    • Insurtech experience or familiarity with insurance agent workflows.
    • Experience working with Salesforce or products integrated into Salesforce ecosystems.
    • Familiarity with compliance-heavy or regulated product environments.

What We Offer

  • Remote-first environment and ability to work anywhere in the US within 3 hours of EST
  • A whole person approach to taking care of you with medical, vision, dental, disability, and life benefits
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching and safe harbor vesting
  • Meaningful work-life balance with an UPTO policy and 13 paid company holidays
  • Annual wellness stipend to support your health goals
  • Paid maternity and parental leave policies

The base salary range for this position is $160,000 – $185,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
