Summary:
Veruna is seeking an experienced Head of Implementation and Professional Services to join our rapidly growing company. In this role, you will lead multiple professionals across the sales solutioning, implementation and client engagement teams in the successful sale, deployment and realization of ROI of our software built on the force.com platform to enterprise independent insurance brokerages.
Veruna’s mission is to empower independent insurance agents with the latest technology so they can get unstuck from their disparate legacy systems and back to being the advisors and advocates they were meant to be! Part of that success is the identification and implementation of no-code solutions tailored to the unique business needs of Veruna customers. Accordingly, quality solutions consulting is required.
Description:
As Veruna’s Head of Implementation and Professional Services, you will set goals and lead the professional servicing team in delivering Veruna’s insurance software implementation projects on time and on budget and continued ROI paid projects throughout the client lifecycle. Through strategic leadership and client engagement, you will guide your team to seamless client implementation processes from pre-sales to client go-live to post-go-live engagement. You will act as a leader within your own team and within the company as it relates to client implementation strategies, solutions consulting, and client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the successful implementation process from sales handoff to go-live for all Veruna customers
Refine and execute a client on-boarding and go-live strategy that exceeds industry expectations
Assist with complex problem solving to ensure projects continue to move forward
Ensure optimal resource allocation
Act as the Engagement Leader in one or more of our strategic implementations
Handle initial project escalations
Expand and identify current and new business projects by strengthening client and third-party system integrator relationships
Ensure that current department metrics are being tracked and reported
Project forecast to actual

Scope control
Expand and report on additional, agreed upon, KPI’s based on the changing industry conditions
Implementation of cross-company solutions consulting to further customer success
Create an advocacy/solutions consulting culture for Veruna prospects and customers
Lead and manage internal solutions consultants cross-company
Provide guidance and support for complex sales cycles and technical inquiries through your team
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement
Ensure solutions appropriately influence product roadmap
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions and proposals to clients
Provide day-to-day strategic leadership to the professional services team
Manage team’s performance to ensure timeliness, accuracy, compliance, and quality as it relates to professional services
Act as a cross functional liaison among several teams to ensure Client's needs are being met coordinating amongst sales, client engagement and product
Assist in communicating with general company direction, mission and vision
Hire, train and motivate our professional services team
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal leadership
What You Need:
Implementation Experience supporting the implementation of enterprise software solutions for clients, including business requirements gathering, training and configuration setting.
Demonstrated Solutions Consulting Experience
Basic understanding of independent insurance distribution
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple resources across multiple projects
Highly adaptable to changing business needs and product landscapes, maintaining a positive outlook and inspiring/motivating others
Strong and proven ability to develop, coach and mentor team members
Strong collaborative, influencing, leadership and decision-making skills
Strong presentation skills and comfortable presenting to senior leadership internally or externally
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Strong attention to detail, communication, decision making, and organizational skills
The base pay range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000. Within this range, base pay will be determined based on relevant experience, education, training/certifications, skillset, and work location.
