Job Description: Implementation & Strategy Intern

Are you looking for a hands-on, client facing internship experience with one of the fastest growing tech startups in the manufacturing and logistics space? Veryable’s Workforce Management team is seeking a highly motivated intern to work alongside our implementation team to support product demos, assist in client implementations, and contribute to the development of new product features.

We need people who are based in the DFW area and are detail-oriented, creative problem-solvers that thrive in a collaborative environment. This is an unpaid internship that offers a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience in technology, operations planning, and client consulting and that may lead to growth opportunities within our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

·        Support the implementation team in configuring and optimizing WFM solutions for clients

·        Assist in live product demos and workforce planning discussions with clients

·        Conduct data analysis to identify labor planning trends and provide insights to improve efficiency

·        Develop and refine training materials for both internal teams and external customers

·        Participate in product development discussions with our tech team, contributing insights on enhancements within the software

Qualifications:

·        Must be enrolled in an accredited university or college

·        Must have a 3.0 GPA or higher

·        Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills

·        Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint

·        Engineering and Business majors preferred
