Your Role

As Clinical Director, you’ll lead by example in medical excellence, mentoring, and team collaboration. Working closely with our Hospital Manager, you’ll ensure the practice runs smoothly and that our patient care stays second to none.

 

Key Responsibilities:

As Clinical Director, you’ll balance clinical excellence with operational leadership. You’ll:

  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional patient care
  • Oversee clinical protocols and ensure the highest standard of care
  • Promote preventative medicine and client education
  • Coach, support, and elevate fellow DVMs and support staff
  • Collaborate with leadership to shape hospital goals and growth
  • Help shape our future

Ideal Candidate

·       You’re a confident, compassionate leader with:

o   4+ years of clinical experience (bonus if you've mentored or led before)

o   Strong surgical and diagnostic skills

o   A growth mindset and collaborative leadership style

o   A desire to create a space where great medicine and great people thrive

o   Have a strong interest or background in surgery, dentistry, and ultrasound

o   Are a natural leader who values communication and team dynamic

The pay range for this role is:

200,000 - 225,000 USD per year (Hercules Pet Hospital)
