At Campus Commons Pet Hospital, we’re looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dedicated veterinary team. What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
• Manage appointments, check-ins, and client communications
• Support the veterinary team by maintaining smooth daily operations
• Handle payments, invoicing, and client records accurately
• Help maintain our reputation for excellent, compassionate service

About You

• Previous experience in a veterinary or medical customer service role preferred
• Passionate about animals and building lasting client relationships
• Strong communicator who stays calm under pressure
• Team player who’s always willing to help out
• Organized, dependable, and ready to grow with us
