Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Disney Pet Hospital
Location: Concord, California
Hours: Full-time | Opening Hours: 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday

We're a small but mighty AAHA-accredited hospital committed to delivering exceptional client experiences and high-quality veterinary care. With a skilled team of 7 experts! We are veterinary assistants, a CSR, an experienced RVT, DVM, Hospital Manager, and Clinical Director. We're proud to say that Disney has been serving the bay area for over 30 yrs.
🐾 Your Role
As a CSR, you’ll be the face of the hospital—both at the front desk and occasionally in the treatment area. You'll play a vital role in making our clients feel welcome and ensuring their pets receive the best care possible. All while working alongside experienced, supportive teammates who love what they do.

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, VetnCare is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is $20.00 to $25.00, dependent on experience.
This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensures and certifications, education, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
