Insight Veterinary Wellness Center is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our close-knit, supportive team in our ER Department

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and support clients in-person and by phone with empathy and professionalism
- Triage incoming appointments and schedule accordingly
- Manage check-in/check-out and payment collection
- Provide education to clients about our hospital services and offerings
- Facilitate clear communication between clients and medical teams
- Support the team with additional duties as needed
About You
- Prior veterinary experience preferred, but not essential
- Strong initiative, detail orientation, and ability to learn quickly
- Excellent communicator with compassion for pets and people
- Comfortable handling a multi-line phone system
- Familiarity with veterinary terminology is a plus
- Able to work independently
Schedule
- Option 1: Friday–Sunday, 12-hour shifts
- Option 2: Thursday–Sunday, 10-hour shifts
- Training: ~2 weeks (or more as needed) will be on daytime shifts before transitioning to nights.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay: $20–$22/hr. Overnight differential is $3 extra/hour and Full Weekend Differential is $2 extra/hour
