Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Saturday schedule of 3 days with 8-hour shifts or 3 days with 10-hour shifts available. More hours available, if wanted!

🐾 What You'll Do

• Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
• Manage appointment scheduling, client communications, and patient check-ins/outs
• Support the team with occasional tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Assist with administrative duties, including record-keeping and payment processing

• Primary Care Hours: Monday–Saturday, 8 AM–6 PM
• Emergency Department: Open 24/7, year-round
• Surgical Suites: Two fully equipped suites with advanced tools, including Ligature and gas sterilizer
• Dental Suite: Two dental tables and X-ray units for comprehensive dental care
• Diagnostics: Ultrasound, stance analyzer, and oxygen kennels
• Therapies: Water treadmill, regular treadmill, laser therapy, and acupuncture
• Specialized Equipment: Incubators and Cellfie technology for advanced patient care

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, VetnCare is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is $20.00 to $22.50, dependent on experience.

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensures and certifications, education, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
