We're Hiring a Marketing Specialist/ Analyst to Join Our Team!
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist/ Analyst to help execute our ambitious 2025 marketing strategy. This is a critical role that will focus on CRM management, campaign tracking, and conference planning/execution. They will work closely with leadership to drive measurable results, enhance brand awareness, and amplify Vheda Health's thought leadership across key audiences.


This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about data-driven strategies that deliver real impact. 


Key Responsibilities

  1. CRM Management & Campaign Execution 
    1. Own and optimize our CRM to track client engagements, lead pipelines, and campaign performance. 
    2. Leverage marketing automation tools to execute targeted campaigns that nurture prospects, streamline outreach, and drive conversion. 
    3. Develop metrics and analytics dashboards to measure success across campaigns, leads, and client satisfaction. 
  2. Conference Planning & Execution 
    1. Lead the strategy, logistics, and execution of Vheda Health’s presence at regional and national conferences. 
    2. Coordinate sponsorships, booth experiences, co-speaking opportunities, and pre/post-event marketing to maximize ROI. 
    3. Ensure seamless onsite execution, including interactive materials, demos, and one-on-one meetings with key decision-makers. 
  3. Content Support & Thought Leadership 
    1. Support multi-channel campaigns tied to Vheda Health’s 6-Part Educational Series, focusing on topics like Health Equity, Maternal Health, SDoH, and Quality Ratings. 
    2. Develop and manage supporting content (webinars, case studies, videos, whitepapers) to drive client engagement and lead generation. 
    3. Analyze performance metrics (e.g., webinar attendance, content downloads, lead conversions) to refine strategies. 
  4. Data Analysis & Reporting 
    1. Use data to inform decisions—track KPIs, manage scorecards, and deliver actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness. 
    2. Monitor event and campaign ROI, optimizing tactics to achieve marketing goals. 
  5. Internal Engagement 
    1. Collaborate with leadership to deliver internal resources, including the content repository, internal newsletters, and tools for brand advocacy. 

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Marketing Automation & CRM Mastery: Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and campaign automation tools. 
  • Project Management: Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and manage event logistics. 
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in tracking KPIs, analyzing campaign performance, and presenting actionable insights. 
  • Event Coordination: Experience planning, organizing, and executing events or conferences. 
  • Content Savvy: Ability to work with marketing teams to create, organize, and distribute high-impact content across multiple channels. 
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
