We're Hiring a Senior Medical Director to Join Our Team!

Vheda Health is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Senior Medical Director to provide strategic leadership and clinical oversight to our growing program portfolio.


You will be responsible for:

  • Clinical Leadership: Providing clinical oversight ensuring our chronic care and maternal health programs and protocols are maintaining the highest standards of care and compliance.
  • Analytic Insights: Enabling and enhancing how to share the clinical value and results the Vheda Health program is creating for our payer partners (i.e. through reporting, member stories, dashboards, etc)
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a clinical liaison with Vheda Health’s partners, promoting Vheda Health’s solutions (i.e. clinical value).
  • Thought Leadership: Represent Vheda Health in industry forums, conferences, and publications, contributing to thought leadership and innovation in virtual health engagement.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all programs comply with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations, as well as industry best practices.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Education: MD or DO with board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or similar). An MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of clinical experience, with a strong background in chronic disease management and population health.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in a medical leadership role, preferably at a digital health company.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and value-based care models.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
