Vheda Health is looking for an experienced Senior Medical Director to shape the future of virtual health engagement and chronic care coordination. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead with Clinical Excellence: Oversee the clinical quality of our chronic care and maternal health programs, ensuring they adhere to the highest standards of care and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Drive Analytic Impact: Collaborate on data-driven strategies to showcase the clinical value of our programs through comprehensive reporting, compelling member success stories, and impactful dashboards for our payer partners.
  • Engage with Stakeholders: Serve as a clinical ambassador for Vheda Health, fostering relationships with partners and advocating for the transformative power of our solutions.
  • Shape Industry Conversations: Represent Vheda Health at conferences, industry panels, and in publications, positioning the company as a leader in virtual health and chronic care management innovation.
  • Ensure Regulatory Integrity: Monitor and enforce compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, from HIPAA to CMS guidelines, ensuring our programs reflect the best practices in value-based care.

Required Qualifications:

  • Clinical Expertise: MD or DO with board certification in a relevant specialty such as Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine. Additional qualifications, like an MBA, are a strong plus.
  • Extensive Experience: A minimum of 10 years in clinical practice, with a deep understanding of chronic disease management and population health strategies.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in a senior medical leadership role, ideally in a digital health or innovative care delivery setting.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: A thorough understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and value-based care models.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making at the highest levels.
