About the role

The Associate Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating resources as they relate to Technical Services projects.  While reporting progress and possible issues to senior management.  Must be able to work with little supervision and be able to make needed resource decisions to complete projects on time and within budget.  Associate Project Manager is an entry-level position, with no managerial duties. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING* 

•  Plan, execute and report Viamedia.ai Technical Services projects 
• Communicate project specifications to all stake holders 
• Consult with internal/external team, allocate resources, and coordinator project activities 
• Identify problems and develop solutions 
• Provide status reports  
• Maintain day-to-day communication with internal and external clients 
• Other duties as may be assigned 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

• PM Certification or proof of PM experience 
• 1 year experience of PM experience   
• Experience in dealing with external clients for project completion 
• Advanced written and verbal communications skills 
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft suite and Project Management software 
• Strong time management skills and ability to perform work under pressure
