As a Senior IT Systems Engineer, you’ll be the go-to person for building, managing, and evolving our internal & external systems and platforms. From keeping things running smoothly to jumping into new tools and automations, you’ll help empower both our people and our processes.


Your work will significantly impact our day-to-day operations, affecting the entire organization and our success stories! 

This is a role for tech-savvy multitaskers who love juggling cloud platforms, scripting, automation, and digging into systems to make them better every day. You’ll have the chance to make a real impact across the company and shape the digital backbone that drives our success.


What will you do as a Senior IT Systems Engineer?


  • Manage and improve the company’s cloud and on-prem infrastructure.
  • Manage and maintain Linux / Windows Servers.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and development teams on planning.
  • Manage platforms and their integrations.
  • Cooperate with clients on defining and scoping technical requirements, regarding infrastructure set up.
  • Participate in efforts to increase monitoring, logging, and signaling capabilities.
  • Help us define processes and standard operating procedures, regarding knowledge management.
  • Help us automate our MS 365 Suite and its components management.
  • Participate in the definition of internal policies and procedures around access management.
  • Perform user equipment deployments and automate internal processes where possible.
  • Provide assistance to staff in various IT areas if needed.


The main qualifications for the Senior IT Systems Engineer role are: 


  • 6+ years of experience in system administration or IT departments, with hands-on experience in Linux/Windows servers environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good experience with virtualization technologies.
  • Experience with platform integrations.
  • Familiarity with networking (VPN, security firewalls).
  • Working knowledge of SQL databases and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
  • Fluency in English.
  • Education in Computer Science (CS), Networking, Information Technology (IT), or related subjects.


Bonus Points


  • Exposure to CI/CD or infrastructure automation (e.g., Azure DevOps, Ansible, Terraform).
  • Good knowledge of Web servers and SSL certificates.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic)
  • Experience with Cybersecurity.
  • Understanding of authorization methods and platforms such as Keycloak and Azure AD.
