About the role 

As part of this growth, we’re looking for a Finance & Accounting Associate to join our dynamic team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing business environment. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the financial health of a rapidly growing technology company and gain exposure to the full spectrum of financial operations. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making while ensuring accuracy in day-to-day financial and accounting processes. 

Key responsibilities of the Finance & Accounting Associate:  

• Handle incoming invoices for Greek & Foreign customers and vendors. 

• Manage accounts and incoming payments in compliance with the company’s financial policies and procedures.    

• Perform bank statement reconciliation.   

• Prepare documents for monthly accounting processes.  

• Participate in budgeting by accurately identifying and registering invoices at the corresponding cost center. 

• Prepare financial and sales reports and monitor performance through key KPIs. 

• Support strategic financial presentations in partnership with Finance and Revenue Operations teams. 

Requirements of the Finance & Accounting Associate: 

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 

• 1-2 years of working experience with general accounting and/or in a corporate finance role. 

• Advanced use of English language (both oral and written). 

• Knowledge and hands-on experience in using ERP systems. 

• Proficiency in MS Office applications. 

• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles. 

• Familiarity with calculating and managing accounting and financial reports. 

• Strong time management and organizational skills.
