Implementation Project Manager

Help build the delivery engine behind a fast-scaling SaaS platform

At Vimachem, we are using technology to empower the people who manufacture medicines that keep the world healthy. Since 2014, we have been developing the Vimachem Pharma Manufacturing Execution System (MES), leveraging the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Cloud computing, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Now deployed in over 200 pharmaceutical sites worldwide, the Vimachem Pharma MES helps pharmaceutical, and biopharmaceutical manufacturers bring life-saving treatments to market faster, more affordably, and at scale.

This is one of the most exciting chapters in our journey. As we continue to grow globally, we are expanding our EU-based project management team and looking for an Implementation Project Manager who is excited about delivering meaningful technology to global pharmaceutical companies.

As an Implementation Project Manager at Vimachem, you’ll play a key role in leading the deployment of our Pharma MES platform, including modules like Serialization, OEE and Logbooks along with hardware components such as the Vimachem Edge IIoT device. You'll be responsible for managing the project lifecycle—from planning to go-live and hypercare—for mid- to large-scale clients across Europe and beyond.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring project delivery aligns with customer expectations and Vimachem's standards of excellence.

This position is a fully remote position for EU-based candidates.

  • Communicate clearly and regularly with customers, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to ongoing optimization of project management processes and tools.
  • Support documentation and reporting using Monday.com, HubSpot, and AI-powered tools.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback and influence improvements.
  • Learn continuously about new Vimachem products and ensure smooth onboarding for clients.

  • 3+ years of experience managing SaaS implementation or delivery projects.
  • Prior exposure to Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or other regulated manufacturing environments is a strong plus.
  • Experience with systems like Serialization Level 3 is a strong plus.

  • Solid understanding of project budgeting, planning, and resource management.
  • Comfortable using project management tools like Monday.com and CRM platforms.
  • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.

  • Fluency in English; additional fluency in French, Italian, or Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20–25% based on project needs.
