Are you passionate about sales and ready to make an impact? Vintage Hill Consulting is seeking a Director of Business Development to join our dynamic, award-winning team!


We’re looking for an enthusiastic, tech-savvy, and results-oriented professional who will play a key role in driving revenue growth. In this role, you’ll connect with potential clients, identify their unique needs, and demonstrate how Vintage Hill’s consulting services can optimize HR operations and maximize system ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients and build strong relationships
  • Apply technical expertise to address client needs
  • Customize solutions to align with client goals
  • Develop compelling proposals
  • Achieve and exceed team driven quotas

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in pre-sales, consulting, or a related field within the HCM industry
  • Strong knowledge of HCM solutions and technologies; experience with UKG or Ceridian Dayforce is a plus
  • Long term client relationship mindset a must.

The pay range for this role is:

80,000 - 100,000 USD per year (Remote)
