About Role

We are seeking a responsible, proactive LEAD Access Control (Airport EXIT Security) to oversee Exit Lane operations and ensure compliance with TSA security protocols. This individual will lead a team of monitors, provide on-site guidance, and serve as the primary liaison with TSA personnel. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, capable of leading by example, and comfortable making critical decisions in a secure airport environment.

What you'll do

• Supervise daily activities of Exit Lane Monitors to ensure full compliance with TSA protocols.
• Monitor individuals exiting the Sterile Area, preventing unauthorized re-entry.
• Provide real-time leadership and support to staff, ensuring proper credential verification procedures are followed.
• Act as the primary point of contact with TSA, promptly reporting any security breaches or irregularities.
• Ensure accurate communication and documentation of all incidents via TSA-approved reporting methods.
• Conduct periodic checks to ensure all team members maintain communication equipment and follow protocol.
• Train new staff and conduct briefings or refreshers on current TSA standards and operational expectations.
• Provide verbal instruction to the public as necessary, ensuring non-physical intervention methods are used.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in security or high-compliance environments.
• Strong attention to detail with a firm understanding of security protocol adherence.
• Excellent verbal communication skills; capable of giving clear, direct instructions in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and decisive under stress.
• Prior experience in airport security, TSA, or related fields is highly preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in a secure airport environment and pass all required background checks.

Wages/Shifts

• $23.00
• Sunday to Thursday 4:45AM-1:30PM
