About this Role
Customer Service Agents (Ambassadors) will direct, guide, and assist passengers, visitors, and all airport employees via customer service-related functions. Your workday will include providing up-to-date and accurate information and wayfinding, awareness of potential opportunities to provide this service and reporting any facility and stakeholder issues in their designated and assigned areas.
What We Offer You
Team members will start at $19.50 per hour. All full-time employees deemed eligible under the Affordable Care Act may participate in medical, dental, and vision insurances after 90 days of employment. All qualified team members are eligible and will automatically be enrolled in a matching 401(k). Paid Time Off (full-time only) and Sick Time Off will be accrued and be made available after the first 60 days at an accrual rate of 1 hour for every 40 hours worked. Paid Bereavement up to 5 days a year will be available to team members after 60 days.
Schedule & Shift Times
Candidates that have full availability will be considered over those that do not. Our operating hours are between 3:45am-11:59pm. All team members are expected to work at least one weekend day (Sunday and/or Saturday).
Who Will Be Most Successful In This Role
Those who bring in positive energy and are eager to provide proactive assistance to our diverse passenger base will find themselves at home with us.
Ideally, you would have at least a year or more of experience at an airport or large events center and feel comfortable with many fast-paced interactions among those that may require more time.
You will also be able to communicate effectively with the traveling public with fluent conversational and writing skills in English with ideal candidates speaking additional languages spoken amongst our community and traveling public at Orlando International Airport: Spanish, French Creole and French, Portuguese, Arabic, German, Mandarin, and Japanese.

To work you must provide necessary documentation to prove employment authorization, and for work specifically at an international airport, you will be required to provide necessary documentation and obtain clearance for an airport ID, passing any background check and drug screenings post-offer of employment.
