Wayfinder – Service Operations

We are seeking Wayfinders to assist travelers at key locations within the airport. In this temporary contract role, you will help direct passengers to the appropriate ticketing, baggage drop, and security areas—minimizing congestion and enhancing the overall travel experience. With ongoing renovations and an increase in summer travelers, Wayfinders play a crucial role in keeping airport operations smooth and efficient.
📌 Shifts may vary based on operational needs, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
✅ High school diploma or equivalent.
✅ Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a fast-paced environment (airports, events, hospitality, etc.).
✅ (Preferred) Familiarity with the airport and its layout.
✅ (Preferred) Multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, Chinese (various dialects), Vietnamese, Korean, Tagalog, Russian, Somali, Ukrainian, Amharic, Japanese, Hindi, or Punjabi.
