We’re looking for a full-time Salesforce Analyst to join our team in Medellín, Colombia. As part of the team you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data from Salesforce and related third-party systems (such as electronic health records), designing and implementing solutions to improve our product, and providing support to the patient care team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce administration, data analysis, and process improvement.
Analyze and interpret data from Salesforce and related third-party source systems to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with the product and patient care teams to understand their needs and develop solutions to improve processes
Design and implement data analysis workflows and reports
Provide training and support to patient care team members to ensure they are able to effectively use Salesforce
Develop and maintain documentation on Salesforce processes, procedures, and configurations
Monitor and maintain data quality in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Work across functions to integrate Salesforce with other systems and tools
Stay up-to-date on Salesforce updates and new features and provide recommendations for implementation
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Analyst
Foundational knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration skills
Strong communication, both written and verbal (candidates must be fluent in English)
