About the position:

We’re looking for an Operations & Strategy Director who can lead our rapidly growing team of Agents and help scale operations. You will be accountable for managing our Agent Team Leaders that help to improve the healthcare experience in the US for thousands of patients and providers. In addition, you will support leadership with building a scalable organization and operating model that can accommodate our ambitious growth targets. In your role, you will work directly with the founders of the company as well as other key members of the leadership team. You will play an instrumental role in building a culture that upholds our values to Act as One Team, Own the Outcome, Default to Open, Learn Through Feedback, and See the Whole Person. 


Responsibilities:

    • Lead a diverse team and manage performance of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) agents and team leads
    • Establish performance metrics and measurement frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of BPO teams. Regularly track and analyze Agent performance against established metrics, and identify areas for improvement
    • Liaise with third way health customers to identify and resolve performance issues
    • Continuously analyze and optimize process performance by streamlining activities and optimizing workflows
    • Work with the leadership team to develop policies and procedures to enable continuous improvement
    • Support P&L management across third way health’s entire portfolio to drive optimal unit economics and growth
    • Work closely with third way health’s product and engineering teams to execute on optimization initiatives 


Requirements:

    • University degree (MBA is a plus)
    • 4+ years of experience in consulting (Big 4 or Strategy) / strategy / business development / technology / or banking; ideally have high-growth or early-stage startup experience
    • You are extremely detail-oriented and organized
    • You cultivate and develop strong relationships and have experience in a customer-facing or relationship management role
    • Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions
    • Advanced PPT / Google slides and advanced Excel / Google sheets skills
    • You are a self-driven problem solver at core who gets things done
    • You thrive in a fast paced, innovative work environments
    • You are energized by trying new things, and enjoy making an impact
    • Fluent in English and experience in working with US-based teams
