The Opportunity
The Project Manager leads and coordinates cross-functional projects, partnering with business and technology teams to deliver results aligned with organizational strategy. You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, and risks while applying Agile methodologies to support continuous improvement and successful delivery.
What You'll Do
- Determine and define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Provide clear, consistent, and timely communication of project status to all departments within the organization
- Coordinate project design to include strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends, and anticipating requirements
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resources required
- Coordinate IT research and evaluation of hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making large purchase on behalf of the organization
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Identify appropriate process controls to perform associated risk management within project parameters
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short-term and long-term goals
- Understand the details of the project plan to effectively manage the dependencies and adjust plans as necessary
- Identify and document project risks and issues, escalating when appropriate and developing mitigation strategies to minimize project impacts
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across projects in a fast-paced environment
- Provide recommendations and suggestions to improve processes and execution
- Lead mortgage-related projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid models)
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos
- Help track sprint progress, team capacity, and deliverables
- Partner with Product Owners and/or Product Analysts to manage backlogs, prioritize work, and clarify requirements
- Remove impediments and manage dependences across teams
- Assist with UAT coordination and documentation
- Other responsibilities and duties as assigned based on business needs

- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm CST
- Salary Range: $80,000 - $111,000/yr (Exempt/Salaried)
What We Are Looking For:
- 3+ years of project management experience or experience in related field
- Hands-on experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, processes, and ceremonies
- Experience managing cross-functional projects from planning through delivery, including budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communication
- Strong knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Solid understanding of business and management principles related to planning, resource allocation, and execution
- High School Diploma and/or GED equivalent
- Ability to use standard office equipment; printer, scanner, copier, fax, telephone, and other applicable equipment as needed
- Internal Applicants: Must meet minimum requirements, have at least 6 months of Visio Lending experience, no disciplinary actions, and notify current manager prior to applying.

- PMP, CSM, CSPO, or SAFe certifications
- Proficiency with Agile tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, IT, or related field
