The Opportunity

As a Project Coordinator, you will support cross-functional project execution by organizing tasks, updating project trackers in Wrike, coordinating team communications, and preparing meeting materials. This role is designed for someone looking to grow into project management by learning how initiatives move from planning to execution. You’ll work closely with project leads to ensure clarity, follow-through, and alignment.


You will contribute to the Strategic Initiatives team by:

  • Supporting project planning by capturing tasks, milestones, and deadlines
  • Maintaining project schedules and keeping status updated based on team input
  • Helping to prepare meeting agendas, capture action items, and distribute notes
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure the timely completion of deliverables
  • Monitoring project timelines and flagging delays or risks
  • Assisting with documenting process flows, timelines, and status reports
  • Tracking follow-ups and helping hold teams accountable for assigned tasks
  • Helping to prepare and format project materials for presentations or team reviews
  • Contributing to the process improvement ideas and documentation
  • Providing logistical support for project-related training, testing, or rollouts
  • Tracking project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short-term and long-term goals
  • Coordinating cross-functional communications and updates
  • Suggesting improvements to templates, trackers, or workflows
  • Using and continually developing leadership skills
  • Other responsibilities and duties as assigned based on business needs
  • Available Remote Locations: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, NC, OH, SC, TX, UT
  • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm CST
  • Salary Range: $58,000-$65,000/annually (Exempt level position)

 

What We Are Looking For:

  • Someone with 0–2 years of relevant experience in coordination, operations, or administrative support
  • Someone familiar with project tracking tools or task management software
  • Someone proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Someone with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Someone with clear and confident communication both written and verbal
  • Someone comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail
  • Someone who is willing to follow up consistently and ask clarifying questions
  • 6 months of Visio Lending work experience which includes no disciplinary actions within the last 3 months

 

What We Prefer to Find:

  • Someone with a bachelor’s degree or relevant coursework in business, communications, or a related field
  • Someone with experience supporting cross-functional teams or projects
  • Someone with exposure to project workflows, documentation, or reporting
  • Someone familiar with Wrike as a work management tool
  • Someone interested in pursuing project management or business operations long-term
