Here’s What You Will Be Doing

Education & Presentation

Serve as an ELEVATE and INSPIRE Program Presenter, supporting and balancing presentation load and travel

schedules.

Deliver dynamic, in-person and virtual training sessions to customers, national corporate accounts, and field sales

teams.

Host webinars, workshops, and live customer education events with professionalism, confidence, and enthusiasm.

Create and record video training content for our academy and digital learning platforms.

Develop and write educational pearls and resources for ongoing customer learning and engagement.


Content Development & Training Support

Develop, update, and maintain training materials that support sales training and customer initiatives, including

presentations, learning modules, video content, and visual assets or ongoing learning and engagement.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to build impactful sales training programs and tools that drive field

success.

Use Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and PowerPoint to design visually compelling decks, flyers, and invitations.

Ensure all training materials are aligned with brand voice, messaging, and strategic objectives.


Project Management & Collaboration


Manage multiple education projects simultaneously while adhering to tight timelines and deliverables.

Apply critical thinking and creative problem-solving to enhance program quality and engagement.

Analyze business performance data to identify trends, measure training effectiveness, and provide executive-level

updates that inform strategy and decision-making.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to ensure seamless communication and

execution.


Industry Knowledge

Leverage a deep understanding of medspa operations, aesthetic practices, and business needs to shape relevant, actionable training.

Translate complex concepts into clear, practical education that empowers customers and teams to drive business

growth.

Stay informed on industry trends and technology to continually elevate content and delivery methods.


Here’s What You Will Bring To The Role

3–5 years of experience in training, education, or sales within the medical aesthetics, skincare, or device industry.

Ability to travel for training events, customer programs, and presentations.

Proven experience as a confident, engaging presenter—both in-person and online.

Demonstrated success in developing and delivering workshop content that supports sales enablement, enhances

customer education, and reinforces business objectives.

Territory management or sales training experience that supports the onboarding, development, and ongoing training of

field sales teams is strongly preferred.

Strong project management, writing, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and PowerPoint.

Aesthetic license preferred, but not required—hands-on experience and industry expertise are highly valued.

Self-starter with initiative, accountability and the drive to turn ideas into action.


Bonus Points If You Have

Passion for skincare, wellness, and aesthetics, with a deep understanding of aesthetic treatments, customer needs,

and practice dynamics.

Experience in the medical aesthetics industry, including skincare, devices, or sales within medspa or clinical

environments.
