Here’s what you’ll be doing:

·       Lead Trainer at employee and customer training programs. ELEVATE, a 2-day customer training program is launching at the LA headquarters and will hit the road! Pack your bags—you must be open to running programs across the country. We also create employee onboarding training experiences each quarter that you’ll be leading.

·       You will be preparing content, facilitating, and running programs, and supporting the Sales team with selling skills and practice development initiatives.

·       Develop, lead and measure outcomes of all programs. We believe that education is “selling,” and we strive to make impact.

·       Building and launching new snackable LMS content and customer facing virtual training events.

·       Run project management and cross-collaboration projects to meet corporate goals and outcomes.

Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:

·       Impressive presentation and facilitation skills with a record of training success and an expert ability in PowerPoint to create high impact presentations. You love working the crowd and are a pro with technology!

·       Experience structuring programs and delivering online training that makes a lasting impact. You understand and incorporate Adult Learning Principles and learning styles.

·       Strong organizational skills including logistics and planning capabilities. Proven event coordination and logistics experience, including vendor management and contract review/negotiations.

·       Ability to travel to hotel program locations in collaboration with home office and field teams. Staying nimble and adaptable is a superpower.

·       A passion for instilling confidence in skincare and wellness with a keen understanding of aesthetic treatments and a working knowledge of treating clients. An aesthetics license, including prior hands-on experience is desired, but practical industry experience will be considered.
