We are looking for an Implementation Manager to help us reach our goals!

The key responsibilities & impact this role will have:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation process for new customers, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience that delivers measurable value and sets the foundation for long-term success.
- Serve as the primary project manager for customer launches — defining scope, managing timelines, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and driving accountability across milestones.
- Configure the Vividly platform to meet client-specific requirements, including importing and mapping data, validating data accuracy, and troubleshooting setup issues with precision.
- Act as a strategic partner to customers during onboarding, proactively identifying risks, clarifying requirements, and adapting implementation plans to meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Professional Services, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on goals, escalate issues as needed, and continuously improve the onboarding process.
You will be successful with:
- 3–5 years of experience in implementation, enterprise project management, client onboarding, or a related customer-facing technical role within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and with strong customer satisfaction across varied stakeholder personas.
- Demonstrated experience with data configuration, system setup, or data migration as part of onboarding or implementation processes.
- Experience using an AI agent to automate or improve key implementation workflows (e.g., data preparation, platform configuration reviews, documentation), demonstrating measurable impact on project speed, quality, or customer outcomes.
- Familiarity with the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry — ideally in roles related to sales, trade marketing, finance, or accounting — is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive consensus across teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects of varying size and complexity while maintaining attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic about learning and educating others on best practices, with a passion for helping customers realize product value during implementation.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities for continuous process improvement in both internal workflows and customer-facing operations.
