Senior Manager Demand Generation (ABM & Revenue Marketing)

Vividly is the leading modern trade promotion management (TPM) solution built by and for the consumer packaged goods industry. From campaign creation to deductions management and promotion measurement, we help brands manage every element of trade spend. With our easy-to-use platform and industry-leading experience, we pride ourselves on our ability to bring businesses to the next level.

Not familiar with trade promotion spend?  That’s OK.  Most people aren’t.  It’s an $8 trillion dollar problem that is ripe for disruption by an innovative SaaS startup.  In order to grow, consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands spend 20% of their topline revenue to get into retailers and promote their products within those retailers.  The problem is that today 70% of those promotions are not ROI positive. This is because ROI is hard to track.  The industry operates on emails, pdfs, and xls spreadsheets. At Vividly, we’re solving this massive problem with exciting tactics including AI, Machine Learning, and Fintech and adding value to everyone in the chain. Some of our customers include brands you may use and love - Liquid Death, Amy’s, and Perfect Snacks.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Demand Generation to own and scale our revenue-focused demand engine. This is a senior individual contributor role for a hands-on operator who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will be responsible for building and running multi-channel, account-based campaigns that drive marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue—from demand creation and net-new business generation through customer expansion. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, SDRs, Partnerships, and RevOps to align programs with pipeline goals and directly impact the company’s growth trajectory. The ideal candidate is data-driven, operationally rigorous, AI-forward, and brings deep experience running demand generation at a growth-stage B2B company.

Key Responsibilities

Account-Based Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Design, build, and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns targeting ideal customer profile (ICP) accounts across paid, organic, email, content syndication, webinars, and events
  • Develop and manage 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM plays in coordination with Sales and SDR teams to accelerate pipeline within target accounts
  • Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle: audience definition, messaging, channel strategy, creative, launch, optimization, and performance reporting

Pipeline & Revenue Ownership

  • Own marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue targets; build and maintain a predictable demand engine tied to quarterly and annual goals
  • Manage full-funnel marketing programs spanning demand creation (net-new business), demand capture (inbound conversion), and customer marketing (expansion and retention)
  • Track and optimize operating metrics across the funnel, with emphasis on lagging indicators such as pipeline contribution, conversion rates, marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue, and marketing-influenced pipeline and revenue

Cross-Functional GTM Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Sales, SDR, Partnerships, and RevOps to ensure campaign-to-pipeline alignment, lead handoff processes, and shared accountability on revenue goals
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing on messaging, positioning, and content strategy to support demand programs
  • Contribute to GTM planning and quarterly business reviews with data-backed insights on marketing performance and pipeline forecasting

AI & Content Operations

  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, campaign personalization, and distribution at scale
  • Stay ahead of emerging AI-powered marketing technologies and integrate them into demand generation workflows to increase efficiency and output quality

Campaign Asset & Web Development

  • Produce and manage campaign assets (landing pages, email templates, ad creatives, one-pagers) with light design and front-end web development skills
  • Own conversion rate optimization (CRO) across key web properties, landing pages, and lead capture forms

Analytics & Reporting

  • Understand different attribution models to measure campaign effectiveness, pipeline impact, and ROI across channels
  • Deliver regular performance readouts to marketing leadership with clear recommendations for optimization

Qualifications

Required

  • 7+ years of B2B demand generation experience at a growth-stage company
  • Demonstrated track record of owning marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue targets, with clear examples of programs that delivered measurable business outcomes
  • Deep expertise in account-based marketing: constructing multi-channel ABM campaigns, segmenting ICP accounts, and running personalized plays across the buyer journey
  • AI-forward mindset with demonstrated ability to adopt and integrate AI tools for content generation, campaign personalization, and workflow automation
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment selling to mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Familiarity with sales-led GTM

Tech Stack Proficiency

  • ABM Platform: Demandbase (preferred) or comparable (e.g., 6sense)
  • Ad Management: LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads
  • Attribution & Analytics: DreamData, GA4, Google Tag Manager
  • Inbound Lead Routing: Experience with tools like Default, Chili Piper or similar
  • Account/Contact Identification: Familiar with intent data and enrichment tools (e.g., Warmly, Clearbit, ZoomInfo, Bombora)
  • Gifting Platform: Experience with tools like Postal, Sendoso
  • Marketing Automation & CRM: Hubspot, Salesforce CRM

Nice to Have

  • Light design skills (e.g., Figma, Canva) and web development ability (e.g., HTML/CSS, CMS editing, landing page builders) for producing campaign assets independently
  • Strong creative instincts with experience developing unconventional campaign concepts that cut through noise—across formats like video, interactive content, direct mail, or experiential tactics
  • Experience designing demand generation strategies for horizontal and vertical market expansion — identifying new segments, tailoring campaigns to distinct buyer personas, and scaling proven plays into adjacent markets.
  • Marketing automation certifications (HubSpot) or Google Ads certifications

Commitment to our values - The Vividly Code

  • Keep it Real: We do not have time for games or politics. We are honest, transparent, and authentic. We celebrate our differences and our similarities with equal enthusiasm.
  • Customer Love: The customer is at the heart of every decision - we love our customers. Everything starts and ends with them. We actively listen and anticipate their needs. We are trusted advisors. That sometimes requires tough love.
  • Own It: We take responsibility for our work, our successes, and our failures. When we see something that needs to be done, we do it. If we can’t do it, we own finding somebody that can. Ownership helps us grow - be receptive if the right owner is you!
  • Urgency Wins: We work with purpose and speed. We know that shorter time to value makes our customers more successful. We constantly wonder how we can do it faster. We fix things that are slowing us down, while still maintaining excellence. We know that the vast majority of decisions are reversible - we make them quickly.
  • Pull Together: We reach our goals faster when pulling in the same direction. We actively seek alignment - but not necessarily consensus. Siloed thinking is unwelcome and drives defensiveness and unhelpful friction. When things go wrong, we pull together to fix them.
