As the Senior Implementation Manager, EMEA you will be responsible for overseeing implementation projects in the EMEA region. This role builds on the core responsibilities of a Senior Implementation Manager, which is responsible for ensuring timely project delivery for new implementations, customer expansions, data migrations, and system integrations. You will have to manage internal dependencies, customer contingencies, and competing priorities to ensure customer satisfaction and drive early adoption of Vodori. You will navigate projects with varying degrees of complexity and customer size, from SMB to enterprise.


The Senior Implementation Manager, EMEA ensures that regional-specific requirements are met, while aligning with global standards to drive consistency, efficiency, and customer success. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of professional services delivery within a modern SaaS company and strong leadership capabilities.


This position is on the Professional Services team and reports to the PS Delivery Manager. 


Are you the right candidate for Vodori?

You may be if you have:

  • 5-7 years of experience in SaaS implementation, consulting, or professional services, with a track record of leading complex implementation projects.
  • Experience working with EMEA-based customers, with an understanding of global and regional business models and strong understanding of regional regulatory requirements and considerations.
  • Strong project management skills, balancing competing priorities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to run and direct large meetings, juggling multiple stakeholders with competing interests and priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Multilingual, at least one or two other languages in addition to English preferable.
  • Ability to advocate for regional needs while ensuring adherence to global implementation standards.
  • Experience with SaaS solutions, especially MLR/content management/authoring solutions for life science industry
  • Proficiency in common PS/CS tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, Zendesk, HubSpot, and ChurnZero.
  • Experience with data migration, business process optimization, and enterprise content management (preferred).


You must also be able to:

  • Lead implementation projects in the EMEA region, ensuring timely and successful customer onboarding.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior level customers, translating business requirements into best-practice product configurations.
  • Define and document EMEA-specific implementation standards while ensuring alignment with global processes.
  • Subject matter expert for EMEA regulatory landscape
  • With the support of the PS Delivery Manager:
    • Provide implementation strategy and support EMEA customer RFPs to help build tailored implementation approaches to new (*and existing) customers.
    • Support sales with creating accurate implementation planning and budgets
    • Advocate for regional customer needs within the global process, to support EMEA customers while upholding the global implementation standards.
  • Identify process improvements to optimize implementation efficiency and scalability.
  • Mentor and support delivery team members in developing EMEA and industry knowledge.
  • Provide insights to the global professional services and product teams on regional implementation needs and scalability considerations.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and proficiency in project management.

The pay range for this role is:

£65,000 – £80,000 per year (Remote (United Kingdom))
