Reporting to the Head of Consulting, the Principal Consultant is responsible for leading a team of enthusiastic, capable, and motivated consultants. The role is responsible for building, mentoring, and scaling the team and building and strengthening relationships with our key clients.

- You will be accountable for ensuring that new and prospective client engagements have the highest focus, proposals, and statements of work (SOWs) are developed timely and meet the highest quality and accuracy standards.
- You will lead the charge in supporting business development activities, including sales presentations, proposal creation, negotiation, and project estimation, with a purpose to achieve revenue and P/L objectives for each client engagement under your oversight.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years plus of relevant experience in technical consulting or related industry experience in digital transformation in verticals such as sales performance management or financial services
- Have a natural problem-solving mindset, be detail-oriented with a creative flair and a bias for action.
- Relevant experience in project-based, team-oriented environments and a track record of leading or working in teams and delivering against tight deadlines in fast-paced and demanding environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to conduct and leverage sophisticated analyses to identify trends, draw conclusions and present recommendations.
- Outstanding communication skills; confidence in presenting to senior executives.
- Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program, ideally being Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Exposure working with SPM tools such as Anaplan, Pigment, Varicent Board is advantageous.
- Agile approach in personal work style, with ability to be flexible and adept in dealing with and resolving ambiguity
