We are hiring a Consulting Sales Executive to join our team. This is a remote position; you may reside and work from anywhere in North America, and travel to clients, conferences and events as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business.
- Develop and execute on a sales process, approach, and tactics to drive consulting services sales.
- Drive new business for Voiant solutions at existing and new clients.
- Leverage software partner relationships to generate and transfer qualified leads for execution and ensuring deals are progressing to meet forecast commitments.
- Manage a pipeline of active opportunities and accurately provide reporting on forecast/pipeline to multiple stakeholders.
- Strategically coordinate resources both internally and externally throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotion campaigns to support business development efforts.
- Contribute towards client account planning.
Qualifications & Skills
- 4+ years successfully selling into the business functions at Enterprise accounts.
- At least 4 years of experience in consulting and/or software sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Experience in developing and implementing successful business development strategies, with a focus on achieving revenue growth.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including consulting services, marketing, and finance.
- Experience in managing a sales pipeline and forecasting sales projections.
- Knowledge of the consulting services industry and the competitive landscape.
- Strong business acumen and a client-focused mindset.
- Background in Sales Performance Management is preferred.
- Salesforce CRM experience.
