About Vouch:
Vouch is the insurance broker that powers ambition.
We’re a tech-enabled insurance advisory and brokerage purpose-built for growing companies in technology, life sciences, and professional services. Our clients are ambitious leaders building complex businesses, and we help them manage risk with tailored advice, smart coverage, and responsive service.
Backed by over $200M from world-class investors, Vouch combines deep industry expertise with AI-powered tools to deliver a better insurance experience. Our digital workflows reduce friction, speed up decisions, and give our clients the confidence to move faster.
Why Vouch, why now?
The insurance industry is being rebuilt from the ground up — and Vouch is leading that charge. We're the preferred insurance partner to the portfolios of Y Combinator, Brex, Carta, and Andreessen Horowitz, and we're just getting started. This is a rare chance to join a growth-stage company at the inflection point: the window to define what the modern insurance brokerage looks like for the AI era is open right now, and we intend to own it.
We're not looking for people who want to maintain the status quo. We're building a team of high-performers who hold themselves to an exceptional standard, think boldly about what's possible, and take real ownership over outcomes. Our values aren't a wall poster — they're how we make decisions: Be Client Obsessed. Own It Together. Act with Integrity and Empathy. Stay Curious and Grow. Empower People.
If you want to do the most ambitious work of your career in a category that's ripe for transformation, this is your seat at the table.
What does a work environment look like at Vouch?
Vouch has employees across the U.S., with offices in San Francisco, Chicago, and New York City. This role is aligned to our New York or San Francisco office. While this role has hybrid work flexibility, we require team members to be in the office at least three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) to foster close collaboration and team building.
Why this role matters:
This is a role for someone who wants to build. As Head of Client Management, you will own the performance, standards, and culture of Vouch's client management organization. You’ll oversee three vertical pods spanning AI, Fintech/Crypto, and HLS/Consumer; while crafting the vision for future expansion. Each pod is staffed with talented Directors, Client Managers, and Client Coordinators serving some of the most innovative companies in the world. The bar for what "great" looks like in this role is high, and raising it further is the job.
You'll also play a defining role in building our Brokerage Operating System, our platform for orchestrating human expertise alongside AI agents to deliver client outcomes at a scale and quality the industry has never seen. This is the work that will determine what modern insurance brokerage actually looks like.
Reporting to the CRO, this role sits at the intersection of client experience, revenue retention, and organizational leadership. You'll be accountable for client satisfaction, retention, and account growth by driving results in deep partnership with Sales, Placement, Product & Engineering, and Finance & Operations. The leaders who will thrive here are the ones who see those partnerships not as dependencies, but as leverage.
