What does a work environment look like at Vouch?

This role is hybrid and will be based near one of our offices in Chicago, New York or San Francisco. We require team members to be in the office at least three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) to foster close collaboration and team building.

Role Responsibilities: 


As a Client Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the client management team, which is dedicated to delivering an exceptional client experience while working collaboratively to retain and grow accounts. This client-facing role requires strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supporting our team in meeting client needs and driving results.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring operational and administrative tasks are executed seamlessly, helping the client management team maintain high service standards and achieve its goals. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, entrepreneurial individual who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


What You’ll Contribute

  • Client Support: Act as a key point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and coordinating with internal teams to resolve client needs quickly and effectively.
  • Operational Excellence: Prepare and manage applications, submission materials, and renewals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Proposal Preparation: Support developing polished quote proposal decks that effectively communicate our value and insurance solutions.
  • Task Coordination: Collaborate with the Brokerage Operations team to fulfill servicing tasks such as Certificates of Insurance, coverage upgrades, and billing assistance.
  • Proactive Follow-Up: Monitor outstanding client requests and ensure timely completion, including application follow-ups and required documentation.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate client records and ensure all internal systems are up to date.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance the overall client experience.


What You’ll Bring

  • 1-2+ years of client-facing experience, ideally in insurance or professional services.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to client success.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • A hunger to learn, grow, and contribute to a team environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Compensation philosophy:
The compensation range listed in the job posting represents what you can expect to earn on an annualized basis. This role is hourly and non-exempt, with overtime eligibility for hours worked over 40 in a week.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are part of our total compensation package, which also includes benefits and other perks. We also include stock options in all compensation packages and believe all Vouch employees should have the opportunity to become owners in the company. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skill set, location, and business need. The pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
