About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO, CRO, and COO. This is a critical role requiring exceptional professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be based 100% onsite at our Draper, UT headquarters and will play a key part in helping our leadership team operate efficiently and effectively.

What you'll do

• Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones
  
  
  
• Coordinate executive communications, including phone calls, emails, and meeting requests
  
  
  
• Prepare and organize materials for internal and external meetings
  
  
  
• Make domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reports
  
  
  
• Anticipate executive needs and proactively address scheduling or logistical conflicts
  
  
  
• Organize and support on-site meetings, off-sites, and team events
  
  
  
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and act as a trusted gatekeeper
  
  
  
• Support special projects, reporting, and presentation preparation as needed
  
  
  
• Serve as a liaison between executives and internal teams, clients, and partners
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives
  
  
  
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  
  
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
  
  
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
  
  
  
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive under pressure
  
  
  
• Strong sense of discretion and professionalism
  
  
  
• Proven track record of supporting multiple executives simultaneously
