Our Senior Sales Development Representatives are pivotal to our success. As a key member of our team, you’ll be at the forefront of generating interest in Voze’s innovative sales solutions for outside sales professionals and to help build a sales engine for the managers so they can drive the right and consistent behaviors. You’ll use your cold-calling and lead generation expertise to engage prospective enterprise customers through phone, email, and LinkedIn, creating opportunities for Voze to solve complex sales challenges for our clients.
In this role, you’ll be tackling long sales cycles that will include 6-7 figure deals including but not limited to companies with over 1000 employees, handling multiple stakeholders, and contributing to a solution-selling approach that ensures Voze’s sales technology resonates deeply with enterprise customers. What you'll do
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven ‘hunter’ who is passionate about building a robust sales pipeline in the North American enterprise market. As a Senior SDR at Voze, you will:
- Cold-call and prospect enterprise-level customers (6-7 figure deals), educating them on how Voze can streamline their sales process and improve team performance.
- Navigate complex sales processes, often involving multiple decision-makers and longer sales cycles.
- Use lead generation tools to extract contacts, create targeted prospect lists, and execute multi-channel outreach through phone, email, and social media.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and align efforts for targeted enterprise accounts.
- Apply a solution-selling approach to understand the unique pain points of prospective clients and demonstrate how Voze can provide value.

Qualifications
- BS/BA strongly preferred
- 2-3 years of relevant sales experience, particularly in cold-calling and lead generation, with a focus on enterprise-level prospects of accounts with or above 10k employees
- Experience managing complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Results-driven with a competitive nature and the ability to meet KPIs (e.g., pipeline contribution, qualified leads, conversion rates)
- Collaborative mentality with a focus on teamwork and alignment with marketing and account executives
- Superb time management and organizational skills
- Solution-selling mindset with the ability to connect customer pain points with Voze’s solutions
- Experience in industries that rely heavily on outside sales, such as heavy equipment, trucking, or field-based industries, is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot), Zoom Info, and outreach automation platforms
WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL:
- Attend Voze’s New Hire Orientation to learn our story and mission.
- Begin training on Voze’s software and sales methodologies, preparing you to make an impact quickly.
- Meet with your manager and team to understand your 30-60-90 plan and shadow team members.
- Begin cold-calling and outreach, developing your skills in overcoming objections and generating leads.
WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:
- Confidently pitch Voze’s software to prospects and develop a strong understanding of our product and solution-selling approach.
- Meet regularly with your Account Executives and manager to refine your prospecting strategies.
- Achieve activity goals and deepen your business acumen through continuous learning.
WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL:
- Consistently meet or exceed your sales quota.
- Assist in refining lead generation best practices and account-based strategies.
- Continue your development by learning about new releases and industry trends.
WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL:
- Become a trusted business advisor and Voze expert, making a significant impact on the SDR team.
- Be recognized as a top-performing Enterprise Development Representative, consistently exceeding your goals.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to help create new campaigns and initiatives to drive pipeline growth.
- Play a key role in onboarding and mentoring new SDRs.
