About the role
- As VP of Marketing, you'll own Voze's marketing strategy from top to bottom: demand generation, digital, brand, content, and product marketing. You'll be the architect of a performance-driven function while crafting a clear, consistent narrative that cuts through the noise and personally resonates with our buyers. This is a rare opportunity to build both the marketing engine and the voice of a company to underserved industries with huge potential and strong product-market fit.
What you'll do
- Own growth: Design and execute full-funnel marketing strategies to drive qualified pipeline and revenue.
- Build the engine: Oversee performance marketing, SEO/SEM, ABM, events, B2B customer referral and partnership marketing, and lifecycle marketing.
- Buyer and industry persona: Deep research and understanding of buyers, their daily jobs, and industry dynamics
- Craft the story: Develop and evolve our brand identity, voice, and narrative that resonate with the identity of the blue and gray-collar industries we serve today and tomorrow. Ensure verbal and visual consistency across all channels. Lead the updated design of the website.
- Outcome focused: Our motto is “If they grow, we grow.” We are constantly looking to identify ways to help our customers grow their business. Identify behavioral and sales customer wins with customers to share internally and externally. Facilitate resources to help Customer Success and Product build product engagement and customer revenue growth.
- Measure what matters: Set KPIs, track performance, and continuously optimize for CAC, LTV, funnel velocity, and conversion.
- Partner deeply: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align go-to-market and fuel customer expansion.
Lead and scale: Build and mentor a lean, high-performing marketing team as we grow.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, including experience as a marketing leader or #2/3 at a fast-growth startup.
- Proven track record in performance marketing, B2B partner/referral marketing, and data-driven growth strategy.
- Aptitude to quickly and deeply learn buyers and industries
- Deep fluency in analytics, attribution, and ROI measurement.
- Strong command of brand, positioning, and verbal identity.
- Exceptional cognitive agility: fast thinker, sharp communicator, quick to grasp complexity and adapt.
- Bias toward action with a gritty, high-output work ethic.
- Comfortable rolling up sleeves in a lean team environment.
