About the role

Vermeer Southeast is hiring an Equipment Sales Representative to drive new and used equipment sales in the Orlando territory. This role focuses on prospecting, customer relationships, product demonstrations, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer service.


What you'll do

  • Sell new and used equipment; meet annual sales goals
  • Prospect new customers and manage existing accounts
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and pricing negotiations
  • Follow up on leads promptly and attend customer events/shows
  • Maintain accurate customer records, quotes, and sales reports
  • Coordinate equipment delivery, trade-ins, and documentation

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience (industry experience preferred)
  • High school diploma/GED required; college degree a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, CRM)
  • Valid driver’s license; CDL Class A (or willingness to obtain)
  • Clean driving record
