About the role
Walker Advertising is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to join our Contact Center and Sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving client acquisition and satisfaction by connecting potential clients with Walker’s trusted network of attorney partners. By building strong relationships, addressing client needs, and ensuring seamless agreement execution, you will directly contribute to the company’s mission of serving communities and growing our partnerships.
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will join a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional results while fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace.
Responsibilities
Sales and Client Acquisition:
- Engage with a list of clients (PCs) through inbound and outbound calls, understanding their needs and highlighting the benefits of Walker’s attorney network.
- Evaluate and qualify consumer cases by analyzing individual scenarios to determine eligibility
- Build rapport with clients and encourage agreement execution when cases meet eligibility criteria.
- Meet or exceed sales and client acquisition targets through effective communication and relationship-building
- Follow-Up and Relationship Management:
- Conduct follow-ups to finalize agreements, ensuring all client questions are answered professionally.
- Act as a trusted advisor, addressing client concerns and maintaining strong relationships.
- Responsible for closing sales by obtaining signed attorney retainers from clients and effectively communicating the next steps in the case management process.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and case details using CRM or case management software.
- Gather and process additional documentation from clients as needed.
- Collaboration:
- Partner with other team members to ensure a seamless transition of clients from intake to case management.
- Provide feedback to refine sales strategies and improve client and attorney partner experiences.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an inside sales, customer service, or leadership/management contact center role.
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed performance and sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or case management software.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Experience in client acquisition or customer relationship management
- Flexible hours; our team members typically work one weekend day a week. We are seeking to expand our hours of operations

Pay Range
$26/Hour plus commission (Remote - United States)
