Walker Advertising, a leading and growing legal marketing agency, is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Content Producer to join our innovative marketing team. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production of digital content and managing projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery for our in-house brands Los Defensores, Find Legal, and 1-800-THE-LAW2.
 
This position requires collaborating with multiple teams in the Creative & Production Department, Marketing, Legal and Media. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Digital Content Production/Editing:
    • Collaborate with Creative team and Copywriters to produce and edit performance digital assets for various platforms
    • Ensure content produced meets alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
    • Manage the end-to-end content production process, from production to final delivery. 
    • Plan, organize, and coordinate digital content projects to meet deadlines and budget requirements 
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and technical teams, to ensure project milestones are achieved.
    • Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and partners to coordinate content production efforts and ensure project success. 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • 5 years of experience in digital content production and project management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Experience managing editorial software or platforms, such as Davinci Resolve, Adobe Suite and Cap Cut
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in analyzing content performance metrics and optimizing content strategies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and best practices.

Pay Range
$80-100k base salary per year plus 5% annual bonus (Remote - United States)
