About the Role

War Room is looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing team! Reporting to the CRO and working alongside the Data team, you will analyze campaign data from various advertising platforms and provide insights to improve performance. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.


Please note that this is a hybrid role that requires 3 days a week in the office with the first 3 months of onboarding fully in the office. We are located at 210 W Broadway, Vancouver and our office hours are 9-5 pm.


What You’ll Be Doing

Data Analysis and Insights

  • Analyze campaign performance data from multiple advertising platforms to identify trends and insights.
  • Support the creation of clear and informative data visualizations to assist internal teams and clients.
  • Maintain and update client reports and interactive dashboards by pulling campaign data.
  • Track and monitor key campaign metrics to assess performance.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for optimization based on campaign data.

Collaboration and Support

  • Work closely with internal teams to provide data-driven insights that contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in responding to ad-hoc data requests from other teams.

Communication

  • Present findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support the team in ensuring data insights are effectively communicated.


Skills + Experience

  • 2+ years of professional experience in digital advertising, marketing analytics, or a related field.
  • University or college degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and campaign data analysis.
  • Proficiency in working with BI tools (such as Adverity, Grow, Tableau) to create data visualizations.
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, including vlookup, array formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Looker Studio would be a great asset!

The pay range for this role is:

66,000 - 78,000 CAD per year (Vancouver)
