About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on working with clean, structured data and translating it into meaningful insights that drive business outcomes.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Data and Technical Marketing teams, our campaign managers, and the leadership team to translate performance data into strategic recommendations. You’ll work primarily in BigQuery and Looker Studio, using datasets from DV360, Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Shopify, and more.

Please note that this is a hybrid role that requires 3 days a week in the office with the first 3 months of onboarding fully in the office. We are located at 210 W Broadway, Vancouver and our office hours are 9-5 pm.

What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Data Exploration & Analysis
    1. Use structured datasets in BigQuery to build insightful, accurate dashboards and reports.
    2. Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities across multi-channel campaign data.
    3. QA data outputs in collaboration with our data engineer to ensure accuracy.
  2. Insight Generation
    1. Translate data into stories: deliver insights that are clear, actionable, and aligned with client objectives.
    2. Identify business opportunities hidden in the data — from campaign optimizations to new reporting strategies.
    3. Create strategic analysis plans: “Now that we have X, Y, and Z in BigQuery, what should we do with it?”
    4. Propose custom reporting frameworks, cohort analyses, or benchmarking models that can add value to our clients or internal teams.
  3.  Dashboarding & Reporting
    1. Build and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio.
    2. Create reporting templates that scale across multiple clients and industries.
    3. Respond to internal and client reporting needs with agility and clarity.
  4. Cross-Team Collaboration
    1. Act as the bridge between raw data and campaign optimization.
    2. Collaborate with the data engineer when new data dimensions or metrics are needed.
    3. Support junior team members with training on reporting best practices and data literacy.

Skills + Experience

  • 5+ years in a data analysis or digital media analytics role.
  • Proficiency in SQL and working within BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses.

  • Familiarity with performance marketing platforms and data sources such as DV360, Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, and Shopify.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and QA best practices.
  • Experience with cohort analysis, benchmarking models, and other strategic data frameworks.
  • A strategic mindset: You don’t just run reports — you ask, “What should we analyze next, and why?”
  • Proven ability to turn raw data into business intelligence that influences campaigns, creative strategy, and client conversations.
  • Experience creating analysis roadmaps or reporting frameworks based on centralized marketing data.

We ask that if you feel like you don’t check all the boxes but have the potential to learn what you don’t know, you still apply! We believe that diverse teams are high-performing teams and we strive to employ individuals with a diversity of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
