About the Role

War Room is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the CRO, you will play an integral role in strategically planning and overseeing all aspects of project execution for a wide range of digital campaigns for some of the best brands in Canada and the USA.

Please note that this is a hybrid role that requires 3 days a week in the office with the first 3 months of onboarding fully in the office. We are located at 210 W Broadway, Vancouver.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Planning out the blueprints for projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance

  • Manage scoping of client projects, timelines, schedules and cost estimates, ensuring each project stays on schedule and hits deadlines

  • Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting with the team and client in all stages through completion

  • Actively monitor project risks and scope creep to identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions and escalate when needed

  • Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information with the internal teams and external stakeholders

  • Convey project requirements and assign tasks effectively to ensure everyone is aligned on project objectives and responsibilities


Skills + Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within a marketing or creative agency

  • 1+ years experience working in an agency and understanding of the pace and the constantly changing priorities

  • Experience working with advertising platforms 

  • Experience with Agile project management methodology

  • Process-oriented and strong problem-solving skills

  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, decision-making, and leadership skills

  • Knowledge of the marketing and advertising landscape, industry platforms, and associations

The pay range for this role is:

70,000 - 85,000 CAD per year (Vancouver)
