About the Role

War Room is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our growing team to manage our expanding client base. You’ll be leading team collaboration and acting as our client’s strategic partner, delegating campaign management tasks and sharing data insights to help them make meaningful business decisions.

Please note that this is a hybrid role that requires 3 days a week in the office with the first 3 months of onboarding fully in the office. We are located at 210 W Broadway, Vancouver.

What You’ll Be Doing

Client Management
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, proactively addressing concerns, and ensuring an amazing overall client experience.
  • Providing timely and accurate campaign results to clients, sharing insights, and recommending opportunities for growth
  • Build strategies and plans to grow your key accounts/Account growth over time through revenue
Project Management
  • Manage the scoping of projects, timelines, schedules, and cost estimates
  • Keep meticulous documentation to manage and maintain client communications, ensuring that all stakeholders have the most up-to-date project assets
  • Monitor daily various key performance indicators to interpret data to gauge the success of client campaigns
Team Development and Collaboration
  • Provide mentorship to junior team members
  • Work closely with Campaign Managers, Optimization Managers, Technical Marketing, Project Managers and Data Analysts to provide strategic recommendations for improving performance in omnichannel-level accounts

Skills + Experience

  • 5+ years of experience working in account management

  • 3+ years experience working in an agency and understanding of the pace and the constantly changing priorities

  • Degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications; OR equivalent professional work experience

  • Experience managing multiple accounts while dealing with multiple stakeholders

  • Experience in working with and presenting to senior client stakeholders

  • Strategic thinker who is solution-oriented with strong business acumen

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets (budgeting)

  • Up to date on the latest industry trends

Bonus Points

  • Experience with project management tools and G Suite

The pay range for this role is:

78,000 - 87,000 CAD per year (Vancouver)
