As we continue to scale, we are looking for an Outbound Setter Manager to build, optimize, and lead the next evolution of our outbound sales strategy.

This is not a maintenance role. This is a builder role.

We have invested heavily in technology, automation, AI, and infrastructure, and we are looking for a leader who can help us maximize those investments while preserving the personalized, high-touch experience that WarriorBabe is known for.

Position Overview

The Outbound Setter Manager will be responsible for owning and scaling WarriorBabe's outbound sales division.

This individual will oversee outbound strategy, outbound team performance, AI-powered lead engagement systems, process optimization, reporting, training, accountability, and future team growth.

You will work closely with Sales Operations, the Inbound Setter Manager, Closer Manager, Marketing, and our Tech Integration team to ensure every lead receives the right touchpoint at the right time while maximizing opportunities throughout the customer journey.

Success in this role requires equal parts leadership, sales expertise, technology adoption, operational excellence, and relentless execution.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute WarriorBabe's outbound lead engagement strategy
  • Identify opportunities within existing lead pools to increase appointments booked and revenue generated
  • Create and optimize outbound workflows, campaigns, and engagement sequences
  • Continuously improve contact, follow-up, reactivation, and re-engagement strategies
  • Establish scalable systems that increase efficiency without sacrificing personalization
  • Drive measurable growth in outbound-generated appointments, show rates, and sales opportunities


AI & Technology Oversight

  • Own the day-to-day oversight and optimization of AI-powered lead engagement systems
  • Collaborate closely with the Tech Integration team to improve automation, workflows, triggers, and lead routing
  • Monitor AI performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion and engagement metrics
  • Ensure technology enhances—not replaces—the human experience
  • Help establish best practices for balancing automation with personalized communication
  • Act as the primary bridge between sales operations and technology implementation


Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, develop, and hold outbound setters accountable to performance expectations
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and train future outbound team members as the division scales
  • Conduct performance reviews, coaching conversations, and ongoing development initiatives
  • Create a culture of ownership, urgency, accountability, and excellence
  • Ensure team members are executing follow-up strategies effectively and consistently
  • Monitor daily activity metrics, quality standards, and performance indicators


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner daily with the Inbound Setter Manager, Closer Manager, and Sales Operations Manager
  • Ensure alignment across the sales division regarding KPIs, processes, reporting, and communication
  • Help identify bottlenecks and implement solutions quickly
  • Collaborate with leadership to forecast growth and staffing needs
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer journey from lead to enrollment


Process Optimization

  • Build, document, and refine scalable SOPs and workflows
  • Identify inefficiencies and create solutions that increase productivity
  • Establish reporting systems that provide visibility into team and pipeline performance
  • Ensure processes remain organized, documented, and repeatable as the business scales
  • Drive continuous improvement across people, process, and technology


What We're Looking For

Required Experience

  • Proven success managing outbound appointment setters, SDRs, BDRs, or sales development teams
  • Experience building and scaling outbound sales functions
  • Strong understanding of CRM management, lead engagement strategies, and pipeline development
  • Demonstrated ability to improve performance through systems, accountability, and coaching
  • Experience working in high-volume, high-performance sales environments
  • Strong operational and analytical mindset


Preferred Experience

  • Experience leveraging AI and automation within sales environments
  • Experience working within fitness, health, coaching, high-ticket, or direct-to-consumer sales organizations
  • Experience partnering with technical teams to implement and optimize sales technology
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and modern sales engagement platforms
  • Experience building teams from the ground up

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $70,000–$90,000 annually, depending on experience
  • Performance-based bonus structure
  • Commission opportunities tied to team and division performance
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000–$150,000+ annually


Additional Expectations

This is not a traditional 9-to-5 leadership position.

Our business operates seven days per week, and our leaders are expected to remain connected to their teams, their numbers, and their responsibilities. While flexibility exists in a remote environment, success in this role requires responsiveness, accountability, availability, and a genuine commitment to building something meaningful.
